Terms of Sale
By placing an order on this site you agree to release Mike’s Lights from any and all liability associated with the use of the equipment purchased. In addition, you release Mike’s Lights for any and all liability for the loss of use, loss of profit, inconvenience, property damage, personal injury or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability or otherwise.
All international orders are sold “as is” and warranties are not covered beyond the boundaries of the continental United States of America.
Special Orders or Custom Orders cannot be returned unless the item is defective upon receipt.
All returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee and/or a 10% cancellation fee.
We will not issue credit on any equipment that has been installed, used, or returned in a non-resalable condition.
In order to provide superior customer service Mike’s Lights will issue a refund for any product that is returned within 14 days of purchase.
If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason simply follow the return product policy. We will accept your return up to 14 days from the date of invoice. We will either refund the purchase price or exchange the item, whichever you prefer.
All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing material, and instructions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to our location.
- All returns must be packaged securely and insured. We will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.
- All returned items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
The return/exchange policy is on the site, and you agree to it when placing an order.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with any other parties.

It is the user’s responsibility to understand and obey all laws regarding emergency warning devices’ use and application. The user should check all applicable city, state, and/or federal laws and regulations. Mike’s Lights assumes no liability for any loss resulting from the use of the warning lights and products. Proper installation is vital to the performance of the warning devices and the safe operation of the vehicle. Mike’s Lights upholds the right to adjust or change its policies and/or pricing at any given time without notice. Mike’s Lights reserves the right to make improvements and upgrades without notice. No Dealer,distributor,employee,or individual of the company is authorized to change the return or warranty policy or the conditions of the Mikes Lights Warranty.
Mike’s Lights warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 1 year from the date of manufacture. During this warranty period, Mike’s Lights will repair or replace, at its options, any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which, upon inspection, reveal a defect in material or workmanship. Warranty service will be provided during the warranty period to any Mike’s Lights consumer (ultimate user) at no cost if the defective produce is returned to Mike’s Lights .
Mike’s Lights shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: Loss of vehicle, Rental of substitute vehicle, Loss of time, Loss of work, Inconvenience, Transportation expenses, Telephone, Lodging, Loss of Revenue, Loss of and/or Damage to personal property for/or arising out of breach of any express or implied warranty of its products.
Use of lamp or other electrical load of wattage higher than installed or recommended by the factory, or use of inappropriate or inadequate wiring or circuit protection causes this limited warranty to become void. Mike’s Lights will in no way be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of any such defect in material and workmanship whether loss is due to negligence or breach of warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to shipping damage, accident, alteration, tampering, misuse or abuse and unauthorized service.
This warranty does not apply to and Mike’s Lights product that has failed due to improper installation, excessive voltages, unauthorized alterations, inadequate wiring, or circuit protection, or other use or installation contrary to Mike’s Lights ’ recommendations; abuse, misuse, inadequate maintenance, unconventional use, or accidental damage. Mike’s Lights assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, expenses incurred in removal or reinstallation, expenses for packaging, handling, and shipping, or the cost of special access equipment.
Mike’s Lights reserves the right to substitute a replacement product of equal value, should the original be unavailable or discontinued.
Mike’s Lights must be notified of any returns for refund or exchange within seven days of receipt of merchandise. Any returns must be authorized by Mike’s Lights. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Form and Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns, with the request of refund, must be in the original condition, or the returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee and/or service fee for the repair of a product made defective by the customer. Return shipments must be in the original packaging, with sufficient wrapping in order to avoid shipping damage to the returned merchandise. Failure to do so may result in a restocking fee, the voiding of warranty, and/or an additional charge for the damage repair. Shipping costs of all returned merchandise to Mike’s Lights will be borne by the customer. It is recommended that customers insure all return merchandise with the return shipper. All returns must be packaged securely to avoid damages, and potential additional fees. Customer is responsible for the condition in which the item is received.
Please note that all refunds for products within the seven day guarantee will be returned via check and no refunds will be issued on shipping, customization costs, or parts. Refund checks are issued within 1-3 business days from the date of arrival of the return. All refund checks will be sent via USPS.
All returns exceeding the seven day guarantee policy are subject to store credit, only with pre-approval and issuance of a RMA number. No dealer, distributor, employee, or individual of the company is authorized to change this return/exchange policy or the conditions of the Mike’s Lights warranty or return policy.
Orders placed within seven days of the initiation of a sale on any item may receive the price difference only as in-store credit. In order to receive in-store credit, the customer must call Mike’s Lights within 7 days to receive in-store sale credit.
All order cancellations must be done via phone through Mike’s Lights at 309-481-5252 during business hours; Monday thru Friday, 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. CST/CDST.
If you have a warranty issue with a product after the initial 14 days, we will be happy to assist you. We will ship the replacement item back to you immediately after receiving the defective part. The cost for return shipping of the defective part to Mike’s Lights is paid by the buyer. The cost to re-ship the replacement item back to the original purchaser is covered by Mike’s Lights.
